Ingredients:

1 cup mineral salt (Redmond Salt)

½ cup coarsely ground black pepper

¼ cup paprika (smoked or sweet)

¼ cup garlic powder

¼ cup onion powder

2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)

1 tablespoon chili powder (optional)

1 tablespoon ground mustard (optional)
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Transfer the mix to an airtight container for storage. (We use a quart mason jar.)

Store in a cool, dry place.
To Use:

Sprinkle 1 to 2 teaspoons per pound of ground beef before forming patties or mixing.
