Gluten-Free Pizza

Did you grow up in a household where every Friday night was pizza night? I certainly did! Since my family had pizza so much on the weekends growing up, my mind automatically defaults to wanting to just get some pizza and call it good! Today I’m sharing a quick and easy recipe that will satisfy your pizza cravings! You’ll have this done before you could even get in the car, grab a pizza, and drive back home. Enjoy this tasty and super easy pizza tonight! 

GAPS, GF, and SCD Pizza Recipe 



    • 2 cups almond flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 Tbs lard or ghee
    • Pinch mineral salt
    • Choice of toppings: pizza sauce, cheese, olives, etc.
  • Divide in half for 2 pizzas.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and set it aside.
  3. Mix almond flour, eggs, lard (or ghee), and salt in a bowl until combined.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal portions and form into balls.
  5. Place dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Place a second baking sheet over the dough to flatten dough.
  7. Remove the top baking sheet.
  8. Bake the dough on prepared pan in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
  9. Remove pizza crusts from the oven, add desired toppings and return to oven for 10 mins, or until cheese is melted.
