Left Over Pork Soup

Equipment
- Crock Pot
- 1 Sharp Knife
- 1 Ladle
Ingredients
- 1 quart stock (chicken or pork)
- Leftover pork (any pork will do)
- 1 small onion
- 6 carrots (I use leftovers from the night before)
- 1 Bayleaf
- 2 or 3 TBS of Italian Seasons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut pork into small chunks and place in the crockpot
- Peel onion, Cut the onion in half then dice
- Add bay leaf and seasoning
- Peel carrots, Slice the carrots, and add carrots to the pot
- Set the crockpot set on high for 3 hours
Notes
To save time in the kitchen for me while cooking breakfast I make Pork soup. Lunch is ready on time and there is less clean-up. WIN-WIN!
