Left Over Pork Soup

Equipment

  • Crock Pot
  • 1 Sharp Knife
  • 1 Ladle

Ingredients

  • 1 quart stock (chicken or pork)
  • Leftover pork (any pork will do)
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 carrots (I use leftovers from the night before)
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • 2 or 3 TBS of Italian Seasons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut pork into small chunks and place in the crockpot
  • Peel onion, Cut the onion in half then dice
  • Add bay leaf and seasoning
  • Peel carrots, Slice the carrots, and add carrots to the pot
  • Set the crockpot set on high for 3 hours

Notes

To save time in the kitchen for me while cooking breakfast I make Pork soup. Lunch is ready on time and there is less clean-up. WIN-WIN!
