Pork Fried Cauliflower Rice

- 1 Skillet
- 1 Stainless-Steel Spoon
Ingredients
- 1 Bag of cauliflower rice
- Leftover pork chops
- 1 Bag of peas
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2-4 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 Cup Meat Stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add meat stock, and butter
- Add cauliflower rice and saute until brown
- Add pees and cut up leftover pork
- cook for 30 minutes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Notes
We like to add properly fermented sour cream and hot sauce!
