What’s included?


During an initial 90-minute consultation through a systematic survey, Dawn will listen to and learn your needs and wants for your family’s health and well-being.  Together you can determine goals for the short and long-term future for the health of you and your family.

Over the next 8 weeks, you will work with Dawn to create a plan for how to improve your shopping, meal-planning, cooking, and eating habits in order to improve the mental and physical health of you and your family.

Weekly 1 hour check-ins (phone or virtual) to monitor progress, ask questions, and develop plans to help you accomplish your goals.

24/7 Daily access to Dawn via email for quick questions and progress updates.

Custom meal plans 

Learn how to create nutrient-dense foods and cultures 

Manage the diet away from home or busy schedule

Weekly meet-ups to discuss topics and long-term diet management
