Equipment

  • Food Processer or Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks (farm fresh)
  • 1 tsp tsp honey (raw)

Instructions

  • Put egg yolk and honey into a bowl or a stand mixer.
    Whip on high for 2 to 4  minutes
    Pour into ramekins you can freeze enjoy like ice-cream or freeze. Enjoy!
