- 3 cups full-fat, properly fermented yogurt
- 2 cups raspberries or blackberries (or a mix)
- 2 cups blueberries or strawberries (or a mix)
- 4 teaspoons honey (or to taste)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fruit: Wash berries thoroughly. Divide evenly into four bowls.
- Add Yogurt: Spoon ¾ cup of yogurt into each bowl over the fruit.
- Drizzle with Honey: Add 1 teaspoon of honey to each bowl (adjust to taste).
- Serve: Enjoy immediately as a naturally sweet and nutrient-rich treat!
