Yogurt, Berries & Honey Bowl (Serves 4)

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups full-fat, properly fermented yogurt
  • 2 cups raspberries or blackberries (or a mix)
  • 2 cups blueberries or strawberries (or a mix)
  • 4 teaspoons honey (or to taste)

Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash berries thoroughly. Divide evenly into four bowls.
  2. Add Yogurt: Spoon ¾ cup of yogurt into each bowl over the fruit.
  3. Drizzle with Honey: Add 1 teaspoon of honey to each bowl (adjust to taste).
  4. Serve: Enjoy immediately as a naturally sweet and nutrient-rich treat!
