🍯 Caramel Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:
- 1 cup half & half (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup brown sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 real salt
- Warm half & half and cream in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in caramel sauce until smooth.
- Remove from heat, salt, add vanilla.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge up to 1 week. Shake before using.
