GUT Shots 



A GUT Shot is a daily probiotic dose of digestive strength and immunity for the gut. Gut Shots is the power punch to ferment made with organic vegetables and filtered water to retain natural probiotic benefits.

  1. 2 quarts or Pre-made Saurkrout
  2. 2 tsp mineral salt 
  3. Chlorine-free Water
  4. 1 Quart (Liter) Jar
  5. Lid




  • 1 tsp mineral salt
  • Pre-made saurkrout 
  • Chlorine-free Water
  • 4 Quart (Liter) Jar
  • Lid and ring 



  • Place 2 inches of sauerkraut in each quart jar
  • Add 1 tsp mineral salt to each quart jar.
  • Equal divide sauerkraut water into each quart jar
  • Top off the quart jar with chlorine-free water.
  • Tightly screw on the lid.
  • Place in a jar in a small bowl out for direct sunlight to ferment for 4 or 5 days 
  • Strain contents into a clean jar. Store in your refrigerator. ( not necessary)
