GUT Shots

What is a GUT Shot?
A GUT Shot is a daily probiotic dose packed with digestive-strengthening and immunity-boosting benefits. Made with organic sauerkraut and filtered water, it retains powerful natural probiotics for gut health.


Ingredients

  • 2 quarts pre-made sauerkraut
  • 2 tsp mineral salt, divided
  • Chlorine-free water
  • 4 quart-sized (liter) jars
  • Lids and rings

Instructions

  1. Place 2 inches of sauerkraut in each quart jar.
  2. Add 1 tsp of mineral salt to each jar.
  3. Evenly distribute the liquid from the sauerkraut (sauerkraut brine) into each jar.
  4. Fill the jars with chlorine-free water, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Screw the lids on tightly.
  6. Place each jar in a small bowl in indirect sunlight. Allow to ferment for 4-5 days.
  7. Once fermented, strain the liquid into a clean jar (optional).
  8. Store in the refrigerator.
