Equipment
- Cast Iron skillet or pan
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sourdough starter
- 3 or 4 Farm fresh eggs
- 1 TSP Baking soda
Instructions
- Heat butter in the pan. DO NOT use butter sparingly
- In a mixing bowl add the eggs, sourdough, and baking soda
- Mix well
- Scoop out in a small amount
- Flip when bubbly
- The pancakes are done when golden brown
Notes
Server with fruit, maple syrup, or a honey mixture. Leftovers work great with PBJ for lunch .
